We decided to process and sell our beef directly to our customers. We were determined to do this to ensure we stay in control of the welfare of our animals until the very end, ensure the integrity of our product quality is upheld, and ensure our products are available to those who might enjoy our beef and appreciate our story.
We offer all the usual cuts of meat, and a few extra special ones like salami, biersticks and delicious meat-packed sausages. All of our products are gluten, nitrate, preservative free, and most are also carbohydrate free (great for anyone following a keto diet).
